Refund Policy

1. Summary

SiteIn72 is a service with:

  • $299 setup fee (one-time)
  • $99/month subscription (recurring)

Because the setup includes time-based digital services and work starts quickly, refunds are limited once work begins.

2. Setup Fee ($299) Refunds

A) Full refund before work starts

You may request a full refund of the $299 setup fee only if you cancel before we start work.

B) No refund after work starts

Once work has started, the $299 setup fee is non-refundable.

"Work starts" when any of the following happens (whichever comes first):

  • we begin building or customizing the website based on your intake,
  • we create or deploy a project repository/build,
  • we prepare design/layout/content structure specifically for your business,
  • we perform implementation work (pages, components, forms, hosting setup, etc.).

3. Payment Processing Fees (PayPal) — Client Responsibility

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal fees/commissions are charged by PayPal and may be non-refundable to us.

If a refund is approved and issued, the refund will be processed net of PayPal's processing fees (meaning you cover the PayPal commission/transaction fee). As a result, the refunded amount may be less than the original payment by the amount of the PayPal fee.

Example: If you paid $299 and PayPal charged a processing fee, your refund would be $299 minus the PayPal fee (if applicable).

4. Subscription ($99/month) Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and your website remains hosted during that time.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime by:

  • canceling the subscription in PayPal, and/or
  • emailing info@sitein72.com with subject: "Cancel subscription"

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, contact us first at info@sitein72.com so we can resolve it quickly.

If a chargeback/dispute is initiated through PayPal:

  • we may pause work and/or suspend hosting until the dispute is resolved,
  • we may provide PayPal with relevant project records (messages, delivery links, timestamps) to respond to the dispute.

7. Delivery Issues (Fix-First Policy)

If you believe your website was not delivered as agreed, please email info@sitein72.com with:

  • your order/subscription email,
  • a clear list of issues,
  • screenshots or examples if relevant.

We will make reasonable efforts to fix issues within the agreed scope before discussing any refund options.

8. Exceptions / Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer protections where they apply).
