Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Hosted websites may not be used for illegal activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, abusive automated traffic, infringement, unlawful sale of regulated goods/services, or conduct that materially threatens the security or availability of the shared hosting environment.
The client must have the rights required to publish supplied text, images, logos and other content. Sitein72 may require removal of material or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to comply with law, provider rules or urgent security requirements.
Hostinger's own hosting and acceptable-use restrictions also apply to websites placed on its infrastructure.
