Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to websites, mailboxes and related services hosted or administered through Sitein72. It is designed to protect clients, visitors and shared infrastructure.

1. Lawful use

You may not use Sitein72 services to violate applicable law, court orders, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or contractual restrictions imposed by infrastructure providers.

2. Security abuse

Prohibited activity includes malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access attempts, malicious scanning, botnet activity, denial-of-service attacks, cryptomining that threatens shared infrastructure, or intentionally introducing vulnerable or malicious code.

3. Spam and messaging abuse

Mailboxes and forms may not be used for unsolicited bulk email, deceptive campaigns, address harvesting, spoofing or other messaging that violates anti-spam law or provider rules.

4. Fraud and deception

Services may not be used for impersonation, fraudulent offers, fake credentials, misleading payment collection, deceptive claims or schemes designed to obtain money, passwords or personal data unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

You must have the rights needed to publish supplied text, logos, photographs, videos, fonts and other materials. Sitein72 may require removal of material that is credibly alleged to infringe rights and may request documentation supporting the right to use disputed content.

6. Privacy and personal data

You are responsible for lawful collection and use of personal data on your own business website. You must not intentionally collect sensitive or regulated data through a standard Sitein72 website unless appropriate safeguards and an agreed technical scope are in place.

7. Resource abuse

You may not intentionally consume excessive shared resources, run unsupported background workloads, use the service as bulk file storage unrelated to the website, or take other actions that materially impair other hosted services.

8. Regulated or high-risk activity

Sitein72 may decline or require additional review for websites involving regulated financial products, medical services, gambling, weapons, adult content, controlled substances, high-risk marketplaces or other activities that trigger additional legal, payment or hosting restrictions.

9. Provider rules

Hostinger and other infrastructure or software providers may impose additional acceptable-use, security and content rules. Where those rules apply to the underlying service, the client must comply with them as well.

10. Enforcement

For non-urgent issues, Sitein72 may ask the client to remedy a problem within a reasonable time. Sitein72 may immediately suspend an affected service where reasonably necessary to prevent active abuse, malware, phishing, security threats, legal exposure, provider suspension or material harm to shared infrastructure.

11. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse involving a Sitein72-hosted website to info@sitein72.com with the relevant URL and supporting details.
