1. Who controls Sitein72 account data

Amortoae Petru PFA operates Sitein72 and determines how account, onboarding, support and billing-administration data submitted directly to Sitein72 is used for providing the service.

2. Data we collect

We may collect account identifiers, name, email, business/contact details, onboarding answers, website content and assets you provide, domain information, support messages, consent records, project status, billing identifiers and technical/security logs. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Sitein72 application database.

3. Why we use it

We use data to create and manage your account, process orders, build and host your website, communicate about the project, provide support, maintain security, keep accounting and contractual records, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

Depending on configuration, Sitein72 uses providers such as Hostinger for MySQL database and website/email infrastructure, Stripe for payments and billing, email/SMTP providers for transactional communication, and optional analytics providers only after the relevant consent where required.

5. Client website data

When Sitein72 hosts a client's website, the client may be the controller of personal data collected from that client's own visitors, while Sitein72 and infrastructure providers may act as processors or service providers for relevant hosting/support operations. The parties remain responsible for the legal obligations that apply to their respective roles. Additional data-processing terms may be required for particular clients.

6. Retention

Account, project and billing records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy legal, accounting, dispute and security requirements. Hosted-project data may be removed after the post-cancellation retention window described in the service terms. Different records can have longer statutory retention requirements.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process data in different countries. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal transfer mechanisms should be used.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Clients can also delete their Sitein72 portal account from the Account page. Payment-provider records and information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may remain where required. Requests can be sent to support@sitein72.com.

9. Security

We use access controls and established third-party infrastructure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials through ordinary onboarding text fields.

10. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to support@sitein72.com.
