Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of Sitein72 services. By creating an account, placing an order, accepting the checkout terms or continuing to use a paid Sitein72 service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Provider and contact

Sitein72 is operated by Amortoae Petru PFA, CUI 52361814, Reg. Com. F20/2503/0447007, based in Sibiu, Romania, Romania. Service and legal communications may be sent to info@sitein72.com.

2. Business-use service

The standard Sitein72 service is offered for business and professional use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the website for your business, self-employed activity, profession or organization and not primarily for personal, family or household purposes.

This business-use confirmation does not remove any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded if mandatory law nevertheless applies to a particular transaction.

3. What the $99 website build includes

The standard build is a productized WordPress website created in Elementor for one business and one primary language. It includes up to five presentation pages based on the final onboarding brief. Typical pages include Home, Services, About, Contact and another presentation page selected by the client.

The base build also includes a mobile-responsive layout, implementation of the supplied branding and business information, AI-assisted drafting of initial website copy from facts provided by the client, one consolidated minor revision round, and basic legal starter pages where selected during onboarding.

4. Legal starter pages do not count toward the five-page limit

Basic starter pages such as a privacy policy, cookie policy and website terms may be included in addition to the five presentation pages. These documents are templates and are not legal advice, a legal audit or a guarantee that the client is compliant with every law, industry rule or contractual obligation that may apply to its business.

The client must provide accurate information, review the proposed legal text, request any necessary changes, obtain professional legal advice where appropriate and approve the final version before publication. The client may provide its own legal text instead. Sitein72 does not include ongoing legal monitoring or automatic legal updates in the $25 monthly plan.

5. What is not included in the standard build

Unless separately agreed in writing, the standard package does not include ecommerce, customer portals, membership systems, bespoke applications, complex booking systems, custom APIs or integrations, multilingual implementation, large data migrations, advanced copywriting strategy, custom photography, logo design, paid advertising, ongoing SEO services, accessibility certification, legal advice, continuous content editing or a redesign after approval.

If a request falls outside the standard package, Sitein72 may decline it, propose a separate price, or require a separate scope before work begins.

6. No meetings; written workflow

The standard service is intentionally asynchronous. Phone calls, video meetings, workshops and live training are not included. The client supplies the project details through the onboarding form and communicates through the client portal and email support.

7. Onboarding is the project brief

The client is responsible for completing the onboarding form accurately and sufficiently. Draft onboarding data may be saved in the client account. Once the client submits the final onboarding, that version becomes the operative project brief and is stored in the client portal and Sitein72 administration area.

After final submission, factual corrections can be requested through support. A material change to the business, page structure, visual direction, functionality or content scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

8. Delivery target

The standard target is to provide a first reviewable draft within three business days after both payment and a complete final onboarding have been received. This is a target for the first draft, not a guarantee that the final website will be live within three calendar days.

Delivery may be delayed by incomplete or inaccurate information, unavailable assets, client-requested scope changes, domain or DNS problems, third-party outages, security incidents, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Sitein72's reasonable control. Sitein72 will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

9. Content created from client information

Sitein72 may use AI-assisted tools to draft copy and structure from the information supplied by the client. Sitein72 will not intentionally invent testimonials, licenses, certifications, guarantees, pricing, business results or other factual claims. The client remains responsible for checking factual accuracy and approving the final public content.

The client must not provide content that it has no right to use or instruct Sitein72 to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.

10. Client assets and permissions

The client represents that it has the rights and permissions necessary for all logos, photographs, trademarks, text, videos, documents and other materials supplied for the project. The client authorizes Sitein72 to process, resize, edit and publish those materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the service.

11. Revision included with the build

One consolidated round of reasonable minor revisions is included. The client should provide the included revision as one organized request. Minor revisions can include factual corrections, replacing supplied images, small text adjustments and reasonable visual refinements within the approved direction.

A new visual direction, additional pages, new functionality, substantial rewriting, a changed business model or multiple rounds of changes are not part of the included revision and may be quoted separately.

12. Approval and launch

Sitein72 may provide a preview before launch. The client is expected to review the website and notify Sitein72 of factual errors or included revision requests. Publication on the final domain may require the client's DNS cooperation and approval.

Approval of a draft confirms the client's acceptance of the visible content and presentation, subject to defects that Sitein72 is responsible for correcting under the agreed scope.

13. Domain responsibility

The domain is not included. The client purchases, owns, controls and renews its domain through a registrar of its choice. Sitein72 may provide connection instructions or DNS values, but the client remains responsible for registrar credentials, renewal fees and keeping the domain active.

Sitein72 is not responsible for domain loss caused by the client's failure to renew, inaccurate registrar data, registrar suspension or pre-existing DNS/email settings that were not disclosed. Existing email DNS should not be changed without confirming the current email configuration.

14. $25 monthly hosting and technical-care subscription

The recurring plan is $25 per month unless a different amount is clearly shown and accepted at checkout. It includes hosting of the Sitein72-built website, backups according to the active infrastructure, one scheduled technical maintenance session per month, and email-only support within the limits described below.

The subscription begins when purchased and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Client delays in onboarding, approval or domain configuration do not automatically pause billing because hosting capacity, account administration and project infrastructure remain reserved unless Sitein72 agrees otherwise in writing.

15. Technical maintenance

The monthly maintenance session may include reviewing and applying appropriate updates for WordPress core, Elementor, the active theme and the standard plugins installed by Sitein72. Sitein72 may postpone an update where there is a reasonable compatibility concern and may apply an urgent security update outside the normal monthly schedule.

The monthly plan does not include monthly content changes, page additions, redesigns, new integrations, SEO campaigns or development requests. Those services may be quoted separately.

16. Backups and restoration

Backups are maintained as a recovery measure using the active hosting configuration. Backups reduce risk but do not constitute an absolute guarantee that every file, email, database entry or historical version can always be restored. Restoration may be limited by the available backup history, third-party infrastructure, corruption, client actions or events outside Sitein72's reasonable control.

Clients should also keep their own copies of irreplaceable business content and source material.

17. Email support

Support is provided by email and through support tickets in the client portal. The target for the first response is within three business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Support does not include phone or video support, device-level email configuration, live training, continuous human monitoring, content updates or work outside the agreed service scope.

18. Business mailbox included for 12 months

One business mailbox is included for the first 12 months from activation while the applicable Sitein72 service remains active. After that included period, mailbox continuation is optional and subject to a separate price disclosed before renewal.

The client is responsible for exporting messages before termination or non-renewal if it wants to retain them. Email hosting may have a different renewal date from website hosting.

19. Fees, first payment and automatic renewal

For the standard offer, the first payment is $124: a $99 one-time website-build fee plus the first $25 monthly hosting and technical-care payment. The $25 plan then renews automatically each month until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Sitein72 does not store complete payment-card numbers in its application database.

20. Cancellations and refunds

The detailed refund and cancellation rules are part of these Terms and are stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, the recurring plan can be cancelled to stop future renewals. The $99 build fee is refundable before production begins under the conditions stated in that policy and becomes non-refundable after production has begun, except where mandatory law or Sitein72's failure to provide the agreed service requires otherwise.

21. Payment failure

If a recurring payment fails, Sitein72 or the payment provider may retry the charge and send payment notices. A failed payment does not cause immediate deletion. If payment remains overdue after reasonable notice, Sitein72 may suspend hosting, maintenance, mailbox services or portal functions until payment is resolved.

22. Cancellation, export and end of service

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation of the recurring plan stops future renewals and the paid hosting service continues through the end of the current paid billing period. After the service ends, Sitein72 intends to keep an export or recovery copy for up to 30 days for migration or recovery requests, subject to infrastructure, security, legal and dispute requirements.

The client should request any desired export before the retention window ends. Third-party or agency-wide licenses supplied by Sitein72 do not necessarily transfer and may need to be replaced by the client after migration.

23. Client changes and third-party changes

Sitein72 is not responsible for defects, outages, security problems or compatibility issues caused by code, plugins, accounts, DNS changes, content or configuration introduced by the client or another provider after delivery. Investigation or repair of such changes may be quoted separately.

24. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers such as hosting, domain, payment, email, WordPress and plugin providers. Those services may have their own terms, limits and availability. Sitein72 may replace a third-party component with a reasonably comparable alternative when necessary to maintain the service.

25. Intellectual property and licenses

After amounts due for the build have been paid, the client may use the custom website content and project-specific design delivered for its business. This does not transfer ownership of Sitein72's reusable processes, code libraries, templates, internal tools, know-how or third-party licensed materials.

WordPress, Elementor, plugins, fonts, stock assets and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Premium agency licenses supplied by Sitein72 may stop applying after migration away from Sitein72 hosting.

26. Acceptable use and security

The client must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Sitein72 may suspend an affected service where reasonably necessary to address malware, phishing, spam, illegal activity, infrastructure abuse, material security threats, provider requirements or a material breach. Where practical and lawful, Sitein72 will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a non-urgent breach.

27. No guaranteed business or SEO result

Sitein72 does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, revenue or any other business outcome. Technical SEO foundations may be implemented where included, but search performance depends on factors outside Sitein72's control.

28. Service availability

Sitein72 aims to keep hosted websites available and maintained, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, attacks and other events may temporarily affect availability.

29. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. Sitein72 is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that could not reasonably have been prevented, including lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by third-party platforms, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

30. Client responsibility for published business claims

The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of its offers, prices, qualifications, guarantees, regulated-service claims, privacy practices, promotional claims and other business-specific statements. Sitein72 may refuse to publish content that reasonably appears unlawful, deceptive or unsafe.

31. Privacy and client visitor data

Sitein72 processes client-account data as described in the Privacy Policy. When Sitein72 hosts a client's website, the client may act as controller or business for visitor data collected through that website, while Sitein72 may act as a processor or service provider for relevant hosting and support activities. Additional data-processing terms may be agreed where needed.

32. Account security

Clients may access the portal through a one-time email login link and may optionally create a username and password for regular sign-in. The client is responsible for keeping its email account, username, password and any domain, WordPress or third-party credentials confidential and for promptly notifying Sitein72 if unauthorized access is suspected. Sitein72 may rate-limit login attempts, invalidate sessions or require identity verification before sensitive account changes when reasonably necessary for security.

33. Account deletion

A client may request or initiate deletion of its Sitein72 portal account through the available account controls. Deleting the portal account may also cancel active Sitein72 billing where technically supported and removes associated application data, subject to records that Sitein72 or its providers must retain for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, payment disputes or other lawful purposes.

34. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including major infrastructure failures, acts of government, natural disasters, widespread network outages, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption or serious third-party service failures. Payment obligations already accrued are not excused by this clause.

35. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply based on the client's status and location. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting info@sitein72.com. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right to use a court or dispute mechanism available under mandatory law.

36. Changes to these Terms

Sitein72 may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where required by law or reasonably necessary.

37. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, the accepted checkout scope, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and any written custom scope agreed by both parties form the agreement for the applicable Sitein72 service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

38. AuditIn72 website audits

AuditIn72 provides an informational review of a website within ChatGPT. You may use it to review your own website or a website you are authorized to assess. Its ordinary workflow is limited to benign inspection of accessible information and material you choose to provide. It does not authorize access to private systems, bypassing access controls, exploit testing, or changes to a website.

An audit is limited by the pages, evidence, tools, and measurement conditions actually available. Findings distinguish observations from hypotheses and untested areas. Scores describe the inspected sample under the AuditIn72 method. They are not a guarantee of search visibility, enquiries, revenue, security, accessibility conformance, or completeness.

AuditIn72 may recommend targeted improvements, suggest investigating a broader redesign, or explain that more evidence is needed before making that decision. It does not guarantee that a proposed change will produce a particular result or that an effort estimate is a fixed price or delivery commitment. Validate changes in the context of your website and retest them after implementation.

You receive the useful findings and improvement plan in the conversation. A Sitein72 registration, contact request, purchase, or provision of personal contact details is not required to receive an audit. The plugin does not submit an enquiry, create an order, or enter you into a website-build or hosting agreement. Any separate services you later choose remain governed by their applicable terms.

Completed reports identify Sitein72 as the audit provider. That attribution does not mean a Sitein72 team member has manually reviewed the report or received a copy, and it does not alter the evidence, scores, or recommendations. AuditIn72 does not automatically send reports or conversations to Sitein72.

Your use of ChatGPT and its tools remains subject to their applicable terms, availability, and usage limits. Data handling for AuditIn72 and for any support information you voluntarily send is described in the AuditIn72 section of our Privacy Policy.

For questions about AuditIn72, contact info@sitein72.com. This section does not add a new purchase commitment, support service level, retention period, or governing-law provision to the existing Sitein72 terms.
